The team is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with IT Administrator duties to join their innovative Applied AI Lab focused on B2B SaaS solutions. This role is fully remote and offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products that serve independent medical practices in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of services.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, ensuring security and scalability of applications.
- Automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency through scripting and tools.
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Strong experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and system administration.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in DevOps or IT administration roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
