About this role
The team is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to enable a DevOps culture by collaborating with existing Development and IT Infrastructure teams. This role is crucial in bridging informational and procedural gaps, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the design, implementation, and automation of solution delivery processes.
- Troubleshoot application deployments across enterprise container, server, and cluster environments.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with appropriate security controls in all environments.
- Support development groups by facilitating and troubleshooting automated software builds.
- Continuously improve deployment processes and practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a DevOps or related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
