The team is seeking a dynamic and experienced DevOps and Cloud Manager to lead their organization's migration journey. This role involves managing both cloud and on-premise systems, ensuring a smooth transition across a hybrid infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in both environments, capable of implementing stable DevOps processes with robust alerting and monitoring systems to enhance overall system availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of services to cloud platforms while maintaining on-premise systems.
- Develop and implement DevOps strategies to streamline operations and improve system reliability.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, monitoring, and scaling of resources.
- Ensure robust alerting and monitoring systems are in place to maintain high availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Oversee security and compliance for cloud and on-premise environments.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience: 5-8 years in DevOps and cloud management roles.
