The team is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Architect with extensive experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing automation strategies and managing large teams of technical and solution architects. This role requires a strong understanding of both onsite and offshore models, along with a commitment to Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation strategies using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Manage and allocate tasks within a large team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
- Oversee effort estimates, pricing models, and project schedules.
- Facilitate user story estimation and Agile-Scrum execution to enhance project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a DevOps Architect role with 12-20 years in the field.
- Strong expertise in automation tools, particularly Ansible and Terraform.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills, with experience handling large teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
