Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in product development or sustaining engineering within the medical device industry.
- Proficiency in engineering principles, product lifecycle management, and quality assurance practices.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
