The team is seeking a Development Lead with a strong background in .NET development to join their dynamic team. This role involves leading development efforts, ensuring high-quality software solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design software solutions based on user requirements.
- Collaborate with the Testing team to create user story definitions and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure user stories are clearly constructed to facilitate smooth implementation and testing.
- Define the underlying design required to deliver changes within the constraints of features/user stories.
- Ensure that solutions are well-defined, fit-for-purpose, and meet all requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in .NET framework and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with user story creation, acceptance criteria, and design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software development, specifically with .NET technologies.
