The team is seeking a Development Engineer II - Sustaining to join their innovative team. This role is essential for enhancing the performance and reliability of medical devices, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product failures.
- Design and execute experiments to validate product improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to product changes and improvements.
- Support the transition of new products from development to production.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in product development or sustaining engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in CAD software and experience with design validation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
