The team is seeking a skilled Developer specializing in ServiceNow to design, develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. This role is critical in delivering innovative digital solutions and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow features, including workflows and business rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain documentation for applications and integrations to facilitate future enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and integration.
