The team is seeking a Developer Relations professional to join their innovative team. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with developers and technical communities to promote the team AI routing platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for technology and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the developer community and the team, facilitating communication and feedback.
- Create and deliver technical content, including documentation, tutorials, and webinars to educate developers about the platform.
- Organize and participate in developer events, meetups, and conferences to promote the platform and gather insights.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for developer needs and improve the platform based on user feedback.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement of developer relations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in developer relations, technical advocacy, or a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Experience with APIs and integrating various software solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
