About this role
The team is at the forefront of the Generative AI transformation within the PropTech industry. They are seeking a Developer III (AI) to join their Agentic AI team, which focuses on building next-generation AI applications and enhancing existing products with advanced Generative AI capabilities.
In this role, you will be a strong software engineer who has transitioned into agentic AI. You will design, build, and ship production-grade AI features from end to end, taking ownership of backend services, data pipelines, LLM orchestration, and UI integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-driven features and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new AI functionalities.
- Maintain and improve existing AI systems and applications.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and technologies.
- Experience in building and deploying scalable AI applications.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 5-8 years in software development with a focus on AI and machine learning.
