The team is seeking a strong Dev Lead specializing in ServiceNow, particularly with expertise in Now Assist and AI Agents. This role is pivotal in leading development delivery and guiding a team of developers to build AI-led capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience and a solid understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers in best practices and innovative approaches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Build and implement AI capabilities using Now Assist and AI Agents.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow and AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, specifically Now Assist and AI Agents.
- Strong background in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in ServiceNow development and leadership roles.
