The team is seeking a Desktop Admin - Associate Systems Engineer to deliver desired, sustainable business outcomes and assure the integrity and continuity of their systems. This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of hardware, software, and network applications. The ideal candidate will acquire domain knowledge, grow technical skills, support customers, resolve problems, and provide training as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in any and potentially all roles of the systems development life cycle.
- Develop and maintain desktop systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and training to users as needed.
- Document processes and maintain system records for compliance and auditing purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in desktop support and system administration.
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with network applications and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or desktop administration.
