The team is seeking a Design Lead with a strong background in .Net technologies to drive innovative design solutions and enhance user experiences. In this role, you will lead a team of designers, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to create dynamic platforms and intelligent digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design strategies that drive innovation.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and effective.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in design leadership, particularly in .Net environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant design experience, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
