About this role

The team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Director of Teamcenter Development to spearhead custom development, configuration, and support activities across all PLM modules relevant to the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role is part of a strategic PLM transformation initiative and will involve leading a team of developers, both internal and external, to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions within Siemens Teamcenter and ensure effective integrations with other ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Teamcenter development team to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of custom PLM solutions tailored to the CPG sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices in software development.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing PLM solutions and integrations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in PLM technologies and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Teamcenter development and PLM implementations, specifically in the CPG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration methodologies.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in PLM development and team leadership.
