The team is seeking a Demo Engineering Manager to build and lead a brand-new Demo Engineering team in Bangalore. This is a unique opportunity to shape operations from the ground up while working with their cutting-edge AI product, Scout. In this role, you will manage a local team of Demo Engineers, ensuring the highest quality, architecture, and design oversight for critical work queues that directly impact sales and presales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing Demo Engineering team.
- Oversee the quality and architecture of demo environments and presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and presales teams to understand requirements and deliver effective demos.
- Implement best practices and processes for demo engineering.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth.
- Monitor and report on team performance and demo effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in demo engineering or related fields.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with team building and management.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in technical management or engineering roles.
