About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Data Engineer/RSA with a strong focus on Databricks to act as the primary technical bridge between their data platforms and enterprise clients. This is a high-velocity role for an architect who thrives in ambiguity and can seamlessly manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize data processing workflows for performance and efficiency.
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to data engineering and Databricks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Strong expertise in Databricks and its ecosystem.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
