The team is seeking a skilled Database Developer with expertise in MS SQL Server development. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in database design, implementation, and management, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain MS SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform result analysis, bug fixing, and detailed status reporting.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, utilizing Agile methodology.
- Conduct research and development activities to improve database functionality and performance.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for database-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in MS SQL Server development.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET framework is a plus.
- Familiarity with EDI processes is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills for effective requirement gathering and reporting.
- Experience in business transactions and Agile methodologies.
