The team is seeking an experienced Database Architect to design, develop, and oversee enterprise-scale database architectures. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in various aspects of database management and will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of database systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust database architectures that meet business requirements.
- Optimize database performance and ensure high availability and scalability.
- Develop and enforce database security measures and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with Application Architects and Development teams to ensure seamless integration of database solutions.
- Evaluate and implement cloud database technologies to enhance system capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on database-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Database Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and performance tuning.
- Expertise in high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud database technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Proficient in database security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in database architecture and management.
