About this role
The team is seeking a Data Strategy Lead with strong expertise in observability ecosystems and AI-driven automation. This role involves leading the design and implementation of an enterprise observability data layer, focusing on creating a unified telemetry system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of a scalable common data layer (data lake/data hub) for observability.
- Define and implement modern data architecture, including real-time analytics layers for hot data and historical/ML data layers for cold data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data strategy aligns with business objectives.
- Drive the integration of AI automation and self-healing platforms within the observability framework.
- Monitor and optimize data performance, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing observability data solutions.
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and practices.
- Proficiency in AI-driven automation technologies and self-healing systems.
- Familiarity with modern data processing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data strategy and architecture.
