About this role
The team is seeking a Data Scientist/Senior Data Scientist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will analyze and integrate clinical and multi-omics datasets, such as genomics and proteomics, to extract actionable insights that drive biomedical research and biomarker discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate predictive models to support research objectives.
- Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and various statistical methods in your analyses.
- Build interactive web applications using Streamlit or R Shiny for effective data visualization and exploration.
- Ensure reproducibility and maintain high code quality, adhering to industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis and integration of multi-omics datasets.
- Strong background in predictive modeling and statistical methods.
- Experience with web application development using Streamlit or R Shiny.
- Familiarity with coding best practices and reproducibility in data science.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data science or a related field is required.
