The team is looking for a talented and driven Data Scientist to join their growing Analytics team in India. In this role, you will work at the intersection of advanced machine learning, scalable MLOps infrastructure, and domain-specific healthcare analytics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build, deploy, and maintain production-grade ML models that drive real-world impact in clinical trials and healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions.
- Develop scalable MLOps infrastructure for model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to ensure data quality and relevance.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Conduct experiments and validate models to improve performance.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices.
- Familiarity with healthcare data and analytics is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data science and machine learning.
