About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to lead the expansion and enhancement of analytics capabilities across all business functions. In this role, you will organize, process, and analyze large and diverse data sets from multiple platforms, extracting key insights to guide and influence product strategies and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions.
- Organize and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
- Engage with vendors and partners in a technical capacity to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop proof of concept (PoC) models to validate or invalidate analytical ideas and hypotheses.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive data-informed decision making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data science or a related field is required.
