The team is seeking a skilled Data Scientist with a medium to senior level of experience. The ideal candidate will work independently on complex business requirements and convert them into data transformation scripts that yield well-structured, clean, and explainable outcomes. This role requires not only technical expertise but also strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, challenge unclear or incomplete requirements, and proactively enhance data collection, analysis, and utilization processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data science, data engineering, or data analysis.
