The team is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join their founding team focused on core models. This role is based in Bengaluru and is a full-time in-office position. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building an AI-powered B2B platform that empowers wealth managers, private bankers, and family offices to engage High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced data models to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
- Aggregate and process signals from various data sources to create comprehensive HNI profiles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform's capabilities and features.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to derive insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Continuously improve existing algorithms and models to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Experience with big data technologies and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data science or a related field.
