About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to lead the development of a system that converts raw telemetry into actionable insights. This role will focus on utilizing automation and scalable MLOps principles within a multi-product SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data exploration efforts to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics.
- Monitor production systems and respond to incidents effectively.
- Scale predictive analytics for PQL scoring, expansion modeling, and churn prediction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into impactful business actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in machine learning and data analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
- Experience working within a SaaS environment.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data science or a related field.
