The team is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Data & Analytics team. This role is crucial in identifying business needs, building analytical models and tools, and developing test strategies to support data-driven decision-making. The Data Scientist will work closely with Senior Analysts and Lead Analysts to execute data science initiatives that drive impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze business needs to develop data-driven solutions.
- Build and implement analytical models and tools using AI/ML techniques.
- Design and execute test strategies to validate models and findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by refining existing models and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data science or analytics roles.
