About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, testing, and troubleshooting software programs using machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. You will create high-quality, high-performance, and robust software while adhering to best coding practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions utilizing ML and NLP techniques.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing software programs to enhance performance.
- Document design, development, and testing processes for all software developed.
- Review and demonstrate software solutions with subject matter experts (SMEs), business experts, and customers, incorporating their feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in machine learning and natural language processing techniques.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data science or a related field.
