About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Data Modeler / Data Architect to join a large-scale migration and transformation program in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling and architecture, with expertise in various database systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data models for Oracle, MySQL, and NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Cassandra.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Lead data migration efforts and ensure seamless integration of legacy systems.
- Implement ETL/ELT processes to facilitate data flow and transformation.
- Maintain documentation of data models and architecture for future reference and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-9 years of experience in data modeling and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Oracle, MySQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Cassandra).
- Domain knowledge in HRMS or Financial systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with enterprise data models and data migration strategies.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and tools.
