About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Integration Developer to join their team in Chennai/Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that extract, transform, and load (ETL) membership, clinical, and claims data from various source systems into a JSON format.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ETL processes to handle large volumes of data.
- Develop data integration solutions using PySpark.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing data integration workflows.
- Document processes and maintain technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in PySpark and data integration tools.
- Experience in the healthcare domain, particularly with clinical and claims data.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Familiarity with JSON data formats and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 6-9 years in data integration or related fields.
