About this role
The team is seeking a mid-senior level Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer with strong hands-on experience in dbt and Snowflake. This role will support a sustainability-focused team and internal engineering stakeholders by translating business requirements into scalable, production-ready data models and transformation pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data models and ETL pipelines using dbt and Snowflake.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Optimize and improve existing data processes and workflows.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with dbt and Snowflake.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a sustainability or analytics-focused environment is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
