The team is seeking a Data Engineer III to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and accessibility, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to process large volumes of data.
- Develop and maintain data models and data warehouses to support analytics.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and efficiency.
- Document data processes and maintain technical documentation for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data storage solutions.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java for data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
