About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Data Engineer/Data Management Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica, Snowflake, Informatica Data Catalog (IDC), SQL, and Data Modelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, developing data models, managing metadata and data lineage, and supporting enterprise data governance and analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration.
- Create and optimize data models to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
- Manage metadata and maintain data lineage for compliance and governance purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Implement data quality checks and monitor data integrity across systems.
- Support enterprise data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Informatica and Snowflake for data integration and management.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Experience with Informatica Data Catalog (IDC) for metadata management.
- Solid understanding of data modelling concepts and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data engineering or data management roles.
