The team is seeking a Data Engineer to join their global team. This team specializes in consolidating technical and service information from various data sources across different markets and industries. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for making all identified brand equipment information available within the tools used internally and externally. One of your key objectives will be to ensure that the right information is captured, translated, and transformed into a valuable data product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data pipelines to support data integration and processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through testing and validation processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and workflows.
- Monitor and optimize data systems for performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data engineering tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for data storage and processing.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
