About this role
We are looking for a highly motivated Data Engineer to join our Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have strong programming and analytical skills with hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines. You will be responsible for developing scalable ETL workflows, transforming raw data into analytics-ready datasets, and ensuring high data quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes to support data integration and analytics.
- Transform and clean raw data to create datasets suitable for analysis.
- Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Implement data quality checks and ensure reliability of data sources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend).
- Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems.
