About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) to define, design, and build optimal data pipeline architectures. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting data from various sources, cleansing, and organizing it in both SQL and NoSQL destinations through ELT and ETL processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and build business use case-specific data models for Data Scientists and Data Analysts.
- Conduct data cleansing and organization to ensure high-quality data delivery.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements to automate manual processes.
- Optimize data delivery and redesign infrastructure as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and data pipeline architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with ELT and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a similar role.
