The team is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join their Human Resources Department in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based data integration solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Integrate data from various sources, including REST APIs.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting.
- Create insightful Power BI reports to support HR analytics and decision-making.
- Handle ad hoc data requests and provide timely solutions to meet business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, specifically Azure Data Factory.
- Strong experience with SQL and data modeling.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration techniques.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
