Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion pipelines using Kafka Connect and Debezium for real-time and batch data integration.
- Ingest data from MySQL and PostgreSQL databases to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and optimize data processes.
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data integrity.
- Work with cloud technologies to manage and scale data solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data engineering tools and frameworks, particularly Kafka, Debezium, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with data warehousing solutions and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a related field.
