The team is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing ETL processes to streamline data flow and enhance business intelligence capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow.
- Manage and enhance BI tools like Metabase for secure and effective reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards and data models to provide business teams with real-time insights.
- Work with Mixpanel or similar tools to analyze user behavior and generate actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all analytics systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with BI tools, particularly Metabase.
- Strong knowledge of dashboard creation and data modeling.
- Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools like Mixpanel.
- Understanding of data quality, security, and governance best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a similar role.
