The team is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join their team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will develop effective business intelligence solutions by designing, developing, and deploying systems that support business intelligence, reporting, data warehousing, and integration with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data warehousing solutions to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Create and optimize data models for business intelligence applications.
- Implement user access controls and data security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate data needs and deliver effective reporting solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
