About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Data Architect specializing in Data Modelling to join their team. In this role, you will tackle complex data management challenges that empower the organization to become more data-driven. You will be expected to fluidly transition between being an Individual Contributor, a team member, and a Data Modeling Architect, depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Analyze current data management practices and recommend improvements.
- Design and implement data architecture solutions that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data models and architecture standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data architecture and data modeling with a strong understanding of database technologies.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools and methodologies.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in data architecture and modelling.
