About this role
The team is seeking a Data Architect to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining current-state assessments and target-state operational technology (OT) data architecture. You will focus on creating logical data models, source-to-target mapping principles, data product standards, metadata and lineage requirements, normalization patterns, and data governance recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop enterprise and solution data architectures for complex OT environments.
- Design conceptual, logical, and canonical data models.
- Define data products, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Establish data lineage and metadata management protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide recommendations for data governance and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in data architecture, preferably in operational technology environments.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data architecture or a related field is required.
