The team is seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Tibco Webfocus to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, administering, supporting, and optimizing business intelligence and reporting platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring data quality, governance, and management activities are upheld while providing reporting solutions for internal stakeholders and global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop reporting solutions using Tibco Webfocus.
- Administer and support business intelligence platforms to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage the stability, security, compliance, and performance of both legacy and current reporting environments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Support data quality initiatives and enforce data governance policies.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of reporting processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Tibco Webfocus and other business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and management principles.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings effectively.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders at various levels.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting.
