The team is seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL to join their Data Analytics team. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work both remotely and on-site in locations such as Bangalore, Indore, Raipur, and Gurugram.
In this position, you will be responsible for writing and optimizing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets related to customer behavior, point redemptions, and campaign performance. You will also take ownership of data accuracy and quality assurance, building validation frameworks to ensure that loyalty metrics, financial tracking, and user rewards data are robust and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Analyze massive datasets to derive insights on customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and implement data validation frameworks to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics and take corrective actions as necessary.
