Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data analysis and reporting initiatives to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to visualize key metrics.
- Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance and support in their projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver insights.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all projects and reporting tools.
- Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets to inform business strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
