The team is seeking a Data Analyst Lead to drive data-driven decision-making across various teams. The ideal candidate will lead discussions with partner teams to elicit, define, and understand objectives, goals, and desired insights. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to provide subject matter expertise on data needs for project deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with partner teams to define project objectives and desired insights.
- Provide expertise on data needs for project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Generate ongoing reports to communicate findings and insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in database management and data collection systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field.
