The team is seeking a Data Analytics Manager specializing in HR Analytics to lead the development of people analytics and workforce insights across the organization. This pivotal role will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR analytics strategies to enhance workforce planning and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret HR data.
- Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and patterns in employee data to inform talent management and organizational development.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on HR data.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data management.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within HR or related fields.
