The team is seeking a Data Analyst / Data Engineer to transform business data into reliable reporting, actionable insights, and scalable data systems. This is a full-time remote position, operating during U.S. business hours. Depending on your experience, this role may focus more on data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a combination of these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and databases to support data needs.
- Create and manage interactive dashboards and visualizations for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in data engineering practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
