Data Analyst

The team is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support client business processes and operational activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional operational and analytical skills with strong problem-solving and communication abilities to address various business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Data Analyst and Operations Delivery Lead to deliver operational items.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively.
• Assist in designing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
• Provide support in project management and operational tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis or related role, preferably in a healthcare or operational setting.
