The team is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join their remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to uncover actionable insights that support business decisions, improve marketing performance, and optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into meaningful reports and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support various business initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
