About this role
The Analyst is responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying churn drivers, and improving customer lifetime value (LTV) through data-driven insights. This role works closely with CRM, marketing, and growth teams to design and evaluate retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer cohorts, retention curves, and churn metrics across lifecycle stages.
- Build and monitor KPIs such as Retention Rate, Repeat Rate, LTV, and CAC.
- Identify drop-off points in the user journey and recommend actionable strategies to enhance retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and assess the effectiveness of retention initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on user behavior trends and insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a customer-centric environment.
